When was the last time you attended a great networking party at which most people - related to emerging and established technology, digital media and cleantech ventures - got together in an informal environment to have fun, share useful insights and network to help you succeed?
To enhance the entrepreneurial spirit and allow the startup community members in Australia to help each other succeed, the Seed Accelerator team has the pleasure to organise and host a special and free bi-monthly startup networking event: the Sydney Startup Networking Party!
On our party menu you will find the following ingredients:
- Home Nightclub venue in Darling Harbour
- Heineken beer special ($5)
- Mellow music by DJ Startup
- Live music performances by Deva Permana & Super Friends (featuring Casey Golden on keys & Gary Honor on sax/flute), with guest performances by singer
Briana Cowlishaw and singing trumpet player Dane Laboyrie, plus a special solo-performance by the talented multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter Elizabeth Geyer
- Pitches by various startup entrepreneurs
- Attendance by entrepreneurs, wannapreneurs, investors, industry leaders, business leaders and various startup advisers
- Lots of great networking!
Event details:
Venue: Home Nightclub, 1 Wheat Road, Cockle Bay Warf, Darling Harbour
Entrance: on the side of the building (high silver metal entry doors).
Times: doors open at 5PM, with live music starting at 6PM and first round of pitches starting at 6.45PM.
Dress code: casual or business casual.
Parking: Wilson Parking on corner Sussex/Kent/Market Street, or at Sydney Exhibition Centre.
Public transport: Town Hall station.

Seed Accelerator continues to organise and sponsor the successful and fruitful Sydney Startup Networking Party series, which takes place on a bi-monthly basis. The first in 2011 will take place on Thursday 17th at the Home Nightclub in Sydney's Darling Harbour.
Casey Golden Trio: live at our next Startup Networking Party!
